Return, Exchange and Refund

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Returns are valid only for prepaid orders and full-priced items.

No, products purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged.

You are responsible for return/reverse/repeat shipping costs.

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit once your returned item is received and approved. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive the item and it passes quality inspection, your store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours via email.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue at orders@missvi.in. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping fees).

Yes. Exchanges are available for sizing issues on both prepaid and COD orders. Make sure the item is unused and still has tags. Use our return request form to get started.
