General Information About Delivery

All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery, we use different courier services. Shipping within India will take approximately 3-10 working days depending on your location or delivery address. MISSVI offers shipping on all orders within India. Kindly note that COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, please contact our customer care. Also, please note that we ship only within India.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or torn, please do not accept the order at the time of delivery. Kindly notify the delivery person and refuse the package. Once the package is accepted, we will be unable to process any claims for damages.

Free Shipping for All Orders

• We offer free shipping across India
• For COD orders, a nominal COD fee is applicable (Charged by the Logistics Partner)
  
• For Reverse Shipping and Repeat Shipping (in cases of return and exchange), customer shall bear the charges

48 Hours Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Local Delivery

• We offer hyperlocal and intra-city delivery within Bangalore for prepaid orders, using Delhivery Direct and Shiprocket Quick.
• Kindly note that service is available for select pin codes (See at Checkout)
• A logistic fee of ₹150 will be charged per order
• Delivery in 2 hours

Delivery Timeline

• Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 7 business days
• Other Locations: 5 to 10 business days (may vary based on distance and accessibility)
