Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. COD orders include a ₹100 charge.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only ship within India.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Bangalore?
Yes, we offer hyperlocal and intra-city delivery for all prepaid orders within Bangalore:
- Hyperlocal: Delivered in a few hours via Shiprocket Quick or Delhivery Direct
- Check if your location is serviceable during checkout.
- Prepaid orders within eligible Bangalore pin codes qualify.
How soon will my order be dispatched?

What if my package is damaged?
If your order looks damaged, refuse to accept it and inform the delivery person. Once accepted, we cannot process damage claims.
