Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At MISSVI, we strive to offer you a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. 
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
    • Only non-discounted items are eligible for return.
    • The product is defective or damaged.
  •  All prepaid orders are eligible for returns. And COD orders are eligible only for exchanges.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for the reverse shipping costs. It will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Alternatively, you may also choose to self-ship the item to our return address.

Refunds

  • All refunds are issued in the form of Store Credits. (Please note that Reverse Shipping costs shall be deducted from the total refund amount)
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear image of the product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
