MISSVI Store Credit is a digital gift card with a unique code. It’s a credit amount issued when you successfully return an item. You can redeem it in your future orders on www.missvi.in.

You’ll receive store credit if:
- You return an item within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and has all tags intact and the order was prepaid.

After we receive your return and it passes our quality check, we’ll email you a credit code.

At checkout, enter the store credit code in the “Gift card or discount code” box. The amount will be applied automatically.

Yes! If there’s remaining balance, you can reuse the same code until it expires or runs out.

Yes, it is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Yes! Store Credit can be used during any promotion or sale on the website.

No, we only offer Store Credit for returns unless your item was damaged.
