In such cases, we offer refunds in the form of Store Credit, allowing you the flexibility to revisit and shop at your convenience.

What Is MISSVI Store Credit?

It is a digital credit balance issued to you via email in the form of a unique code. It works just like a gift card and can be applied to any future purchase at www.missvi.in.

When Is MISSVI Store Credit Issued?

It is issued under the following conditions:

  • You’ve requested a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item was purchased at full price (not during a promotion or sale).
  • Your order was prepaid (Cash on Delivery orders are eligible for exchange only).
  • The item passed our quality check upon return.

How the Process Works

  1. Submit a return request using our Return and Exchange Request.
  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse, we’ll issue your Store Credit via email.
  4. You’ll receive a digital code that can be used on any future purchase on our website.

Important Notes

  • Store Credit is issued only after the returned item passes our internal quality check.
  • The reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the total store credit issued.
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • It is non-transferable and cannot be encashed.
  • It can be used to purchase any in-stock product on www.missvi.in, including those available during promotions and sales.
